Meet Kieran
Kieran has been coaching since 2017 when he started out coaching in group fitness and CrossFit.

In 2019, he pursued his first degree in Strength and Conditioning science, and then moved into a post graduate degree in Human & Applied Physiology.
Through his degrees, he worked in elite sport with a premiership rugby team and British Canoeing youth athletes. Gaining valuable experience in physically preparing athletes for a wide variety of goals and sports.

Throughout his time coaching, he has been working primarily with endurance athletes and in private coaching facilities with a range of individuals. Through ApexDelta coaching, Kieran has helped individuals train for marathons, competitive enduro mountain bike racing, triathlons, road and crit bike racing, arduous military courses and hybrid training goals.
His passions lie now in helping people across sports and disciplines develop strength and endurance to benefit both their endurance and wider lives. Working with cyclists, runners, adventurers, and everyday people, he has a wide ranging skillset to help across any endurance sport or goal.

Personally, he has completed a number of ultra endurance events in both running and cycling. Notably, he completed a 107km ultra run in the lake district, a 200 mile off-road bike ride circumnavigating London, and the ROC mountain triathlon series on the UK national 3 peaks.
He combines his endurance training across mixed disciplines with consistent strength training, which he applies both personally and in his coaching.
