What we Offer
ApexDelta Coaching was created to bring a higher quality of coaching to the endurance and adventure sports world. Coaching that is scientifically driven, but with real world application, all adapted to the needs of the individual.

We draw on understanding of strength training, endurance sports, human physiology, and cycling in the real world to help cyclists improve strength, power, and injury resilience through science-based strength & conditioning
Coaching Services
We deliver in person and online coaching to best suit any cyclists needs, schedule and, location. We work with a variety of athletes and individuals training for cycling goals from competitive to recreational levels. If you're wanting to improve your performance in your cycling discipline to bring greater enjoyment, build strength on and off the bike, and ride more then we can help you.

In Person Coaching
(Based in Woking, Surrey)
Work with me in person to develop strength, power, and injury resilience for your cycling goals.
What you get:

1-3/week PT sessions, depending on need, schedule and budget.

Training program individualised to you.

​Ongoing communication and coaching support around in person sessions.

Available in multiple locations across Woking, Surrey. Slots available between 6:00am-18:00pm

£60/session, block discount available.

Hybrid coaching
(In-person + training program)
Work with me in person + online to get a holistic on and off bike program with the support and guidance of a coach in your strength and gym training.
What you get:

1 x In person coaching session monthly or weekly, depending on requirements. -
Weekly online program delivered through TrainingPeaks, individualised to you and your needs.

Ongoing communication and coaching support around training.

In person coaching available in multiple locations across Woking, Surrey. Slots available between 6:00am-18:00pm

£180 per month: 1 x PT/month
£240 per month: 2 x PT/ month
£360 per month: 1 x PT/week

Remote coaching
(Online via TrainingPeaks + video calls)
Work with me remotely via TrainingPeaks and monthly video calls to get all the support of a coach without the need for in person sessions.
What you get:​

Weekly online program delivered through TrainingPeaks, individualised to you and your needs.

Programming delivering strength, power, injury resilience, and on-bike training.

1 x monthly video call to discuss training, or any additional topics/support required.

Can be adapted to fit around existing on bike coaching/training where needed

Ongoing communication and coaching support around training.
